Newsletter 41: Heaven Hill
The August meeting was a blast, as all members who made it out can attest to! Our hosts, The Playground, provided amazing drinks and one of the BEST meals in OCBC history! Also, a big thank you to Andie Brokaw of Heaven Hill for leading us through the wonderful line-up and Brady Weise for the inspiring presentation on Beer Cocktails.

Our September meeting will be Monday, September 9th (a week delayed due to Labor Day) at 7pm with Marco Ramos and Gilbert Marquez from Illegal Mezcal. They will lead us through “a taste of Mexico” featuring some spirits that many of us will be trying for the 1st time! We will also be joined by special guests, our own Dave Lieberman and Delilah Snell with a special presentation on citrus and preservation.
We will be visiting another first time host in Santa Ana for this meeting, as always RSVP swiftly to secure a spot before we reach capacity.
To help maintain quality of service, presentation, space, food and drink we must insist on RSVP’s and we are limiting the accepted RSVP’s to 45. So get your RSVP in early and send it to info@bartenderscabinet.com if you’re planning on attending, let us know if something comes up so we can make your spot available to someone else if you can’t make it. See you then! The meeting location will be emailed upon RSVP to the first 45 responders.
