Newsletter 40: Mina Real, ArteNOM & Vallet

THANK YOU to all who came out to July’s meeting! We were hosted by Little Sparrow, it was beautiful, the drinks were great and we all gorged on Charcuterie, yum! Thank you to Jake Lustig, his stories were fascinating and we loved the Mina Real MezcalSelección ArteNOM Tequila, Fernet Vallet & Amargo Angostura Vallet.

1/2 oz. fresh ginger ( juiced )

1/2 oz. honey syrup
1/2 oz. pineapple shrub

Topped w/ Poperings Hommel Ale
Garnish: Long lime peel

1/4 oz. Amargo Vallet
1/4 oz. Aperol
Stirred
Coupe glass

Our next meeting will be Monday, August 5th at 7pm with Andie Brokaw of Heaven Hill featuring special guest Brady Weise of 1886 at the Raymond. Heaven Hill will be featuring the following amazing line-up: Rittenhouse Rye, Elijah Craig 12 Bourbon, Larceny Wheated Bourbon and Evan Williams Single Barrel.

We will be visiting a first time host in Santa Ana for this meeting so RSVP now because this meeting will reach capacity!

To help maintain quality of service, presentation, space, food and drink we must insist on RSVP’s and we are limiting the accepted RSVP’s to 35. So get your RSVP in early and send it to info@bartenderscabinet.com if you’re planning on attending, let us know if something comes up so we can make your spot available to someone else if you can’t make it. See you then! The meeting location will be emailed upon RSVP to the first 35 responders.
