We were led to insights and history for this long awaited rye by the lovely ladies of Infinium Julie Gino and Stacey Howard. Hosted with great acumen and fantastic food at the always spectacular 320 Main Thanks to Jason, Rebecca and everyone at 320 Main for having us –excellent job!

½ oz Dolin dry vermouth
¼ oz Amer Mix (3 parts Ciociaro Amaro: 1 part Torani Amer)
¼ oz Marasca Maraschino
Stir/Strain …Orange Twist…Cocktail Glass
Now mark your calendars: Next months meeting is July 2nd and will feature Proximo Spirits. We will do “A Blind Tasting of White Spirits” to see if we can tell one spirit from another! That and have a fantastic time, incredible drinks, delicious food and fellowship—sounds fun right!! This will be an awesome meeting—not to be missed.
